Southland's "Famous" NC Bar-B-Q -- same as is served daily in Southland Snack Bar and Southland Restaurant. Choose from our Original chopped/minced, newer "Carolina BBQ" which is leaner (also chopped up), or "Carolina Hand Pulled" style which is very very lean, whole meat pulled from the bone. All three styles are in a vinegar sauce, fully cooked and ready to eat. Many customers also prefer to put either Well's or Scott's BBQ sauce on as well. So you can optionally add either or both using the above options. We include some simple preparation/heating instructions in the package as well. Includes: 8 lbs. of BBQ, 3 Re-usable Ice Gel Packs, and 1 Foam Cooler.
